B.E Electrical Solar & Battery is a local, CEC-accredited solar and electrical business owned and run by Brett Ekberg, serving Yorke Peninsula and Mid-North South Australia from a base in Kadina. With 15+ years hands-on experience across electrical and solar, Brett designs bespoke solar, battery and EV systems around each property, never off-the-shelf kits, with clear communication from the first consultation to post-install support.
The story behind the business

With 15+ years hands-on experience in the electrical and solar industry, B.E Electrical Solar & Battery was founded on a simple principle: providing South Australian families and businesses with energy solutions that actually work. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all kits. Instead, we specialise in designing bespoke solar and battery systems designed around your specific energy needs, ensuring you get the best possible return on your investment.
Brett started B.E Electrical Solar & Battery after years on the tools watching the same thing happen again and again: households sold a "cheap 6.6kW special" that was never designed for how they actually live, then left to chase someone interstate when it stopped performing. He wanted to do it the other way around. Sit down with the property, look at how the family or business really uses power, factor in the roof, the orientation and the demands of the SA climate, and only then design a system that fits. The person who designs it is the person who installs it, and the person who comes back if something needs attention.
